MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Please read the agreement below carefully before becoming a member of our site.
1. Parties
a) Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Hereinafter referred to as the seller) located at Sultan Orhan Mah. Hasköy San. Site. Administrative building no:16B/17, which operates the www.iselbiseleri.com.tr website.
b) Internet user who becomes a member of the www.iselbiseleri.com.tr website ("Member")
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of use of the member from the www.iselbiseleri.com.tr website owned by Kadir Yücel.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Member declares that the personal and other information he/she provided while becoming a member of the www.iselbiseleri.com.tr website is correct before the law, Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. The member declares and undertakes to compensate immediately and in kind all damages that may be incurred due to the inaccuracy of this information.
3.2. The member cannot give the password given to him/her by www.iselbiseleri.com.tr to other persons or organizations, the member has the right to use the password in question. For this reason, Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. reserves all rights to demand compensation and other claims arising from the unauthorized use against all liabilities that may arise and all claims and demands that may be put forward against Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. by third parties or authorized authorities.
3.3. The member accepts and undertakes to comply with the provisions of the legal legislation and not to violate them while using the www.iselbiseleri.com.tr website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise will bind the member completely and exclusively.
3.4. The member may not use the www.iselbiseleri.com.tr website in any way that disrupts public order, is against general morality, disturbs and harasses others, for an illegal purpose, or in a way that infringes on the intellectual and copyrights of others. In addition, the member may not engage in activities and transactions that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the services (spam, virus, trojan horse, etc.). 3.5. The ideas and thoughts declared, written and used by the members on the www.iselbiseleri.com.tr website are entirely the members' own personal opinions and are binding on the owner of the opinion. These opinions and thoughts have no relation or connection with Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. Kadir Yücel has no responsibility for the damages that third parties may suffer due to the ideas and opinions expressed by the member, or for the damages that the member may suffer due to the ideas and opinions expressed by third parties.
3.6. Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. shall not be responsible for unauthorized persons reading member data and damages to member software and data. The member has agreed in advance not to claim compensation from Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. for any damages it may suffer due to the use of the www.iselbiseleri.com.tr website.
3.7. The member has agreed not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and penal liabilities arising from this shall be entirely the responsibility of the member.
3.8. A member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement shall be personally and criminally liable for this violation, and Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. shall hold itself free from the legal and penal consequences of these violations. In addition; If the incident is brought to the legal field due to this violation, Kadir Yücel reserves the right to claim compensation from the member due to non-compliance with the membership agreement.
3.9. Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. always has the right to unilaterally delete the member's membership and delete the customer's files, documents and information when necessary. The member accepts this disposition in advance. In this case, Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. has no responsibility.
3.10. The software and design of the www.iselbiseleri.com.tr website is owned by Kadir Yücel and its use belongs to Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. The copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to these are protected by the relevant laws and they cannot be used, acquired or changed by the member without permission. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are the trademarks of their owners and are also protected within the scope of intellectual property rights.
3.11. Some information may be collected by Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. for the purpose of improving and developing the www.iselbiseleri.com.tr website and/or within the framework of legal regulations, such as the name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used to access the site, the date and time the site was accessed, the pages accessed while on the site, and the Internet address of the Web site that provides direct connection to the site.
3.12. Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. may disclose the member's personal information when requested as a legal obligation or when it believes in good faith that it is necessary to (a) act in accordance with legal requirements or comply with legal processes served on Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.; (b) protect and defend the rights and property of Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. and www.iselbiseleri.com.tr website family.
3.13. Measures have been taken within the available means to ensure that the www.iselbiseleri.com.tr website is free from viruses and similar software. In addition, in order to ensure ultimate security, the user must provide their own virus protection system and provide the necessary protection. In this context, by entering the www.iselbiseleri.com.tr website, the member is deemed to have accepted that they are responsible for all errors that may occur in their own software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences.
3.14. Çamdalı İş Kıyafetleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. reserves the right to change the content of the site at any time, to change or terminate any service provided to users or to delete user information and data registered on the www.iselbiseleri.com.tr website.
3.15. Çamdalı İş Kıyafetleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. may change, update or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time without any prior notice and/or warning. Any provision that is changed, updated or repealed shall be effective for all members on the date of publication.
3.16. The parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. shall be taken as the sole and exclusive evidence in accordance with Article 287 of the Civil Procedure Code and that the said records constitute an evidentiary contract.
3.17. Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. shall have the authority to send information e-mails to its members' registered e-mail addresses and information SMSs to their mobile phones in accordance with this membership agreement, and the member shall be deemed to have accepted the sending of information e-mails to their e-mail addresses and information SMSs to their mobile phones by approving this membership agreement.
4. Termination of the Agreement
This agreement shall remain in force until the member cancels their membership or their membership is canceled by Çamdalı İş Elbiseleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. Şti. may unilaterally terminate the contract by canceling the membership of the member in the event that the member violates any provision of the membership contract.
5. Dispute Resolution
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes regarding this contract.
6. Enforcement
The member's registration as a member means that the member has read all the articles in the membership contract and has accepted the articles in the membership contract. This contract has been concluded and entered into force mutually at the time the member becomes a member.
